affiliate disclaimer

Some of the links contained in this website are affiliate links, which means I may receive a commission if you click on the link and make a purchase. It's a way for you to support this website at no cost to you.

However, I have felt uneasy for some time linking to products at Amazon.com as they, by default, impact the local, independent purveyor of books. They also do a poor job shipping art supplies.

However I do occasionally link to a difficult-to-find-elsewhere-online product at Amazon, so you might still find a few links leading there. And those are likely affiliate links.

Enter Bookshop.org

I am thrilled however by the advent of Bookshop.org—set up in early 2020 to provide independent bookstores in the US with an opportunity to capture online booksale traffic and swing the pendulum back to the little guy.

Individual books are often discounted, and are shipped directly to the purchaser from the book distributer.

An equal portion of profits are shared between all physical bookstores who sign up. In addition, individuals who wish to recommend books can set up an affiliate account and receive a small percentage of each sale more generous than that given by Amazon.

Having used bookshop.org to buy books personally, I have found their service prompt and excellent.

So I set up a Paperblogging ‘storefront’ at bookshop.org.

At the Paperblogging store you will find curated lists of items relevent to the pursuit of the analog and the mission of this blog.
